Do I Need To Choose A School?
No. Choose “I’m not sure” or “I support all schools,” or leave the school field blank. You can also type a private or Christian school with its city and state. ZIP suggests choices; it does not assign your signature to a district. No street address is requested.
Will My Information Be Public?
No. Your name, email, ZIP, school preference and confirmation are saved privately for MACE’s petition review. This form does not publish a signer list or send your details to school leaders.
Can Someone Under 18 Sign?
